TEXA

Founded in 1992 by Bruno Vianello, today TEXA is among the main world players in the design, industrialisation and production of multi-brand diagnostic tools, exhaust gas analysers, air conditioner maintenance stations, remote diagnosis devices, dedicated to cars, motorcycles, trucks, boats and agricultural vehicles. The latest frontier is the production of sophisticated Powertrain systems dedicated to electric drive vehicles.

TEXA operates worldwide thanks to an extensive distribution network and markets its products directly in Brazil, France, Great Britain, Germany, Japan, Spain, the United States, Poland, Russia and Japan through subsidiaries.

TEXA has over 730 employees: the work force is young (the average age is 33), among which there are 150 engineers and specialists committed to Research and Development. The company’s philosophy focuses on the well-being of its collaborators and on preserving the know-how and production internally, without delocalising. This is an approach that is reflected in the company’s headquarters, featured by great attentions to the spaces, rich with areas for gathering and relaxing. All this contributes to consolidating the strong spirit of belonging and attachment to the territory.

The company pays particular attention to the quality of its products. It obtained the TISAX certification, a standard defined by the VDA, the German Association of the Automotive Industry, which guarantees the maximum level of protection of the information and know-how against cyber-attacks, the IATF 16919, specific for original automotive equipment manufacturers, the VDA 6.3, another specific methodology of German manufacturers, and the ISO/TEC 27001 regarding information security.

TEXA is also involved in social issues with the TEXAEDU project, through which it contributes to the training of future mechanics, offering mechatronic skills to the students in technical and professional schools. For this purpose, TEXA supplies 54 Italian schools with cost-free instrumentation and teaching materials needed to transform the students that are approaching the world of employment into “mechatronics”, professionals that are highly specialised in the electronic diagnostics in modern vehicles.

The great experience the company has gathered over more than 28 years of activity in the Automotive industry, has allowed establishing productive collaborations with some companies in the Motor Valley, such as Ducati Motor Holding for which TEXA has been the Official Supplier since 2011.
